For the past decade greeneye is monitoring the Israeli government environmental policy and budget allocation for environmental policy implementation.
One of the main researches published by greeneye is "Environmental Topics in the State Budget" published by the Jerusalem Research Institute. This research is the most comperehensive research carried out so far on the environmental budget allocation in Israel. Many of the research conclusions have been adopted by the government.

This year greeneye is part of the planning team that advises local authorities on the implementation of the Forum 15's policy on cutting down carbon emissions.
